You know, I've got to say. I really am very lucky. Even when I'm out of school, even when my brain, by all accounts should be turning to mush...I've got these damned incredible people, constantly making me think about things. Oy. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't so bad for a while. I'd be watching netflix- cleaning out the cat box, generally ENJOYING my life, when suddenly I'd be struck with something. Anything. Immigration, feminism. poverty, race. But it was okay. I'd mull it over in my mind for a bit, and go back to what I was doing.
More and more lately though, this just doesn't cut it. I blame all of you. All of you writers, and thinkers, and questioners. All the people talking with me, challenging me. Well now you've got me doing it too! So much so that I apparently need a blog. Because I've realized. I've got opinions; actually, I've got pretty strong opinions. About a whole bunch of things...and here they are. Unfiltered, and as they come to me. Hold on kids, this could get bumpy. You're about to enter my mind...
